'Wish It Existed' Application

This is not a project for a client or for a company I've worked with in the past but an area that I've been fascinated about. How does the stock market move, what influences individual stocks and what makes the candlesticks tick, literally. As a curious individual, I started doing research on what type of platforms are out there to help someone to not only get a better understanding of financial markets but to be actively involved in them. 

At the time, the research yielded very little results, partly due to the lack of mobile applications for trading except for the large names like Think Or Swim, Charles Schwab and Interactive Brokerage. These platforms required in-depth market and individual platform knowledge and many of these early mobile platforms were difficult to navigate and did not provide enough tools to help someone get started properly.

Today, many platforms have been introduced to make stock trading easier and allow someone with little knowledge of the financial markets start to become active in the space. The platforms include Robinhood, WeBull, Think Or Swim, TastyTrades and many more. Many of the outdated applications of 3 years ago have been polished and turned into more mobile friendly versions of themselves. Some of them originated as a mobile application before become desktop compliant.
