Accumen/ Chi Solutions

Healthcare consulting firm needs newly acquired company to reflect their branding requirements.

Medium sized hospital consulting firm hired us to review, redesign and market a recently acquired company. My responsibility with this project was to collaborate with their in-house marketing team to ensure the branding of the new designed website was in-line with the parent company. We used a wide array of tools to effectively collaborate including Axure Pro for wireframing and Invision to get detailed feedback on all newly created mockups. 

Primary Goals

01 Align Branding

Accumen's primary focus was to align Chi Solution's online presence with their branding. This required a complete ground-up redesign of the current site and how it was presented. We reorganized the sitemap to refine the site/content and completed a  redesign using Photoshop for final mockup and Invision for team collaboration.

02 Mobile Approach

We conducted a 3 month data gathering period to better understand Accumen's clients and how they accessed websites. The data suggested that in order to have a successful and highly converting website, it would need to be designed from a tablet/mobile phone first approach. 

03 Conversion

As part of our on-going marketing strategy with Accumen, it was important that the site was successful in reaching and converting potential clients. We leveraged Accumen's outstanding lab management content to successfully engage visitors, increase average session duration, and increase month over month site conversions.

Final Mockups

The key driver to success for this project were the regular collaboration sessions between my team and the Accumen marketing team to ensure company branding was appropriately implemented.
